Mbulelo is a seasoned leader with over 20 years’ work experience in different industries and countries. For more than fifteen (15) of those years, he operated at Senior, Executive and Board levels. He has also served Non-Profits, Quasi Government, Trade Unions, Consulting and Social Enterprises including Universities in the Higher Education Sector. Mbulelo was the Chairperson of Council of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) where he turned a R5m deficit to a R123m surplus in three years.

He was elected unanimously to chair the University Councils Chairpersons Forum – SA (UCCF-SA). He led CPUT’s Selection Committee for Senior Management. As Chair of the iGen Board of Trustees, he brings a wealth of experience, passion about higher education and ethical leadership. He strongly believes that the start of leadership is honesty and integrity.

Lullu Tshiwula is a former Deputy Vice Chancellor – Student Development and Support at UWC. She has a PhD in Social Work, from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU). Her experience spans across working as a probation officer, heading an NGO (NICRO), lecturing and heading the department of Social Development Professions at NMMU.

She has lectured in child justice, community and social development as well as served as an external examiner for other universities. She has served in Committees and Boards such as, African Union’s the Rights and Welfare of the Child, Centre for Justice & Crime Prevention (CJCP), Co-Chair of research capacity building at SANPAD, Chaired the Joint University Committee on Social Work (JUC), CHUMA Foundation. She is the founder of the Resilience Network Institute.

Sisa is a driven leader who is passionate about social issues. He works for the City of Cape Town as a Tourism Product Development Manager. His outstanding achievements include conceptualising, introducing and implementing the annual Cities at Indaba Workshop, leading the Responsible Tourism Cities at Indaba as well as introducing and implementing the “Know Your City Tour Your City” initiative for Cape Town.

A natural leader, he holds various leadership roles outside his formal employment and plays a significant role of empowering students as a part-time lecturer at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Sisa is gifted at generating unusual problem-solving methods that are often geared towards providing community-oriented solutions. He loves mobilizing community strength to resolve societal challenges, especially in the area of tourism.

Previously Head of The Old Mutual Education Trust (OMET), Dr. Ngalo-Morrison recently graduated with a doctorate in Education from the University of the Western Cape via a collaborative effort with the Carl State University Fullerton California in the United States. Dr. Ngalo-Morrison also holds two Masters degrees in education and social work and, has amassed two decades experience in the delivery and administration of higher Education, in both the private and public sectors.

She served as Executive Dean Student Affairs at the University of Fort Hare, prior to which she was director of the Student Counseling Unit and Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for 10yrs. She also served in various committees including being President of SASSAP. She was a Trustee of Inkwenwezi Trust and is currently a trustee with the Resilience Network Institute in Cape Town. A champion for human rights and justice, she is passionate about pedagogy, gender, youth, women, child protection/rights of children and people with disabilities as well as strengthening families.
